  • ANF and McDowell Housing Partners are developing Southpointe Vista Phase II, a 208-unit affordable housing development in Goulds, Florida. Phase I was recently completed earlier this year. Southpointe Vista Phase II will introduce an additional 208 units within a 12-story building. It’s for households earning between 30–70% of the Area Median Income.
  • Cushman & Wakefield represented Elion Partners in its $55.4 million sale of The Broward Collection, a two-building industrial portfolio with assets in Deerfield Beach and Pompano Beach. Cushman & Wakefield’s Mike Davis, Dominic Montazemi, Rick Brugge, Rick Colon and Greg Miller along with the firm’s industrial leasing team of Matthew McAllister and Christopher Thomson, represented Elion Partners in the transaction with Exeter. The portfolio includes 1111 SW 30th Ave. in Deerfield Beach, a 158,000-square-foot distribution center. Additionally, the Pompano Beach property, located at 1121-1141 Northwest 31st Ave., totals 63,045 square feet and is fully leased to two tenants.
  • CP Group along with DRA Advisors executed over 80,000 square feet of leasing agreements at the iconic Miami Tower — a 47-story, Class A office skyscraper in the heart of Downtown Miami. Littler Mendelson P.C., the world’s largest labor and employment law firm, signed a lease at Miami Tower effective later this year. Zach Wendelin, Adam Bernstein, and Jessica Reyes of JLL represented the tenant. 
  • McDowell Housing Partners closed on its latest development project, Ekos on Evans in Fort Myers. Located less than two miles from the downtown core at 3501 Evans Avenue, Ekos on Evans will deliver 144 units across five garden-style residential buildings, providing affordable housing serving households making 30%, 60% and 70% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The project will provide one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 644 to 1,161 square feet.
