JLL announced that Nina Farrell, CCIM, has been promoted to Executive Director within the Government and Education division of JLL Work Dynamics. Farrell leads the national advisory practice within the division, working with a team of experts dedicated to serving public sector and non-profit organizations, including federal, state and local governments, transit agencies, higher education institutions and K-12 schools.

Ryan Companies has welcomed Bryan Lamb as Executive Vice President and Sector Leader of Multifamily. He leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering high-quality multifamily communities. As the company’s senior executive liaison to multifamily clients and investment partners, Lamb will lead the company’s national platform, guiding strategy, development, and capital partnerships across key markets.

Sterling, Williams & Associates LLC, a St. Louis-based business investment company in real estate and small business mergers and acquisitions, announced the expansion of its services. The expanded services will include collaboration with real estate agents to ensure that homes are marketed effectively and sold quickly. Sterling, Williams & Associates aims to streamline the process, as part of the company’s broader mission to offer tailored solutions for clients.

Proper Title, LLC, a full-service title insurance agency serving the residential and commercial real estate industries, has expanded its escrow services team with the addition of Jake Halter. Based in the firm’s downtown Chicago office, Halter will serve as a commercial escrow officer nationally and a residential escrow officer in the Chicago area. Halter will also be Proper Title’s Northwest Indiana escrow manager.

JLL announced a strategic collaboration with Microsoft to enhance the implementation of Microsoft Places through JLL’s Osis technology. JLL’s Osis technology addresses an industry challenge by automating the conversion of AutoCAD drawings and integrated workplace management system data into the indoor mapping data format required for Places. The process quickly provides automated floor plans, allowing organizations to rapidly scale their workplace optimization efforts with Places.
