Team Fallico, a multi-generational, top-producing real estate team in the Park Ridge, Illinois, market, will be joining Baird & Warner, Chicagoland’s largest family-owned independent real estate services company, founded in 1855. The move follows Baird & Warner’s recent acquisition of Dream Town to create the market’s largest independent brokerage representing nearly 3,000 real estate professionals across Chicagoland.

Cresa announced that Justin Kessler has joined the firm as a Senior Vice President, bringing more than a decade of tenant-focused expertise to the firm. He will be based in the Chicago office. He was most recently a managing director with Bradford Allen, and before that, he worked for ONCOR International as a managing director for EMEA.

Milhaus announced the return of Greg McHenry as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions. McHenry, one of the company’s first employees, will build and lead Milhaus’ new acquisitions division, marking a significant step in the company’s strategic growth and market expansion. In his new role, McHenry will not only lead but also build the new acquisitions division, focusing on strategic growth by actively expanding Milhaus’ business model.

Ambrose, an Indianapolis-based investment management firm, has added Allison Rennaker as property operations manager, Jack Thompson as development associate and Victoria Bulmahn as administrative assistant. As property operations manager, Rennaker will support key asset management initiatives, including oversight of third-party management firms, property budgeting, and implementing standardized systems and processes. Thompson will join Ambrose’s national build-to-suit team in developing and executing projects for clients across the United States.

Kiser Group announced that Cody Smith has joined the team as an Advisor. Based in Minneapolis, Cody will work alongside Executive Director Robert Dulin to focus on the Minnesota multifamily market, supporting investment sales through property underwriting, market research, client communication, and transaction coordination. Prior to joining Kiser Group, Cody gained valuable real estate experience in the Twin Cities, where he assisted property owners with leasing and advised clients on acquisitions and dispositions of their assets.

Montecito Medical Real Estate, one of the largest privately held acquirers of medical real estate in the country, is seeking a VP of Transactions in Nashville, TN.  This role is critical to managing all aspects of the real estate acquisition process and will bring strong experience in due diligence, transaction management, and financial analysis, with a track record of coordinating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years’ experience in commercial real estate acquisitions (healthcare preferred). Executive search firm RETS Associates is handling the search.
