&Partners Adds Teams From Edward Jones, FiNet

&Partners, a St. Louis-based hybrid broker/dealer launched by David Kowach, the former president and CEO of Wells Fargo Advisors, continues its recruiting streak.

This week, the firm added a Torrance, Calif., team led by advisors Paul Zambriski and Tyler Polson, with pre-transition AUM of $300 million. They also recruited Craiger Wealth Management, a husband-and-wife team in Plainfield, Ind., with a pre-transition AUM of $165 million.

Zambriski-Polson Wealth Advisors transitioned from Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network, the bank’s independent contractor unit. The advisors are joined by Alysha Haezaert-House, senior client associate.

Craiger Wealth Management is led by husband-and-wife Brandon and Ashlee Craiger, who transitioned from Edward Jones. They’re joined by client service associates Hayleigh Newport and Lesa Guinn.

This follows news last week that the b/d recruited Lumitas Wealth Strategies, a Woodbury, Minn.-based team with $520 million in pre-transition assets under management, from Commonwealth Financial Network. That represented &Partners’ second addition from Commonwealth in as many weeks.

Several b/ds, including Kestra and Raymond James, have had early success recruiting Commonwealth advisors in the wake of its acquisition by LPL Financial.

In recent months, Kowach has had much success luring advisors from his former firm, Wells Fargo Advisors, including Four Corners Wealth, a Russellville, Ark., team with a pre-transition AUM of $769 million, and Tuckaway Capital, a Richmond, Va., team.

Kowach and co-founders Kristi Mitchem and John Alexander have aggressive growth plans for the next three years, with a target of 150 teams, $120 billion in assets and $800 million in revenue.
