JLL has hired Brian Rappaport as the Financial Procurement and Advisory Practice Lead for JLL’s Energy Advisory and Sustainability team. He will leverage his more than 20 years of experience in energy infrastructure development, structured origination, and renewable energy solutions to assist investor and occupier clients with their strategic planning, energy sourcing, contracting, cleantech integration and infrastructure development.
Lee & Associates has announced that George Aranowski has joined its industrial brokerage group as an associate. In partnership with industry veterans and Lee & Associates principals Ken Franzese, SIOR and John Cassidy, SIOR, George will focus on the North DuPage, North Kane, Northwest Cook, and O’Hare submarkets. He will provide both landlord/owner and tenant/buyer representation services.
Stream Realty Partners announced that Ben Dickey has joined its Chicago office as Vice President. In this role, he will focus on landlord and tenant representation for industrial assets, working alongside Brian Duffy, Managing Director and leader of the firm’s industrial services team in Chicago.

- Ethan Stratman joins as an analyst in the Seniors Housing division, working closely with Partner Mark Myers. He focuses on financial modeling, underwriting, market research, and managing key data to drive client decision-making nationwide.s
