Mac Haik Launching 1.6M-SF Georgetown Business Park


Mac Haik Enterprises acquired the land for the future Georgetown Gateway Business Park, a 147-acre Class A industrial and manufacturing development in Georgetown, Texas. The project will offer more than 1.6 million square feet across six buildings along Interstate 35.

Located in one of the fastest-growing regions in the United States, Georgetown Gateway Business Park is designed to meet the needs of advanced manufacturing, distribution, and logistics users.

Georgetown Gateway will be available for lease, build-to-suit, or sale. It will offer Class A industrial space with modern clear heights, large column spacing, and ample trailer parking. It will also feature customizable facilities for tenant-specific needs and highly visible, development-ready parcels fronting I-35. Leigh Ellis, Blake Patterson, Omar Nasser, and Madison Lewis of AQUILA Commercial will oversee leasing and marketing for the park, which is available for lease, build-to-suit, or sale.
