- Younger Partners promoted Andrew Boster to managing director of industrial sales and leasing to lead the service line. Younger Partners (YP) launched in 2012 as a full-service commercial real estate firm providing investment, leasing and management services to investors and tenants in the Dallas/Fort Worth region. Over the years, the firm has added expertise in the acquisition and disposition of land, office, industrial and retail properties.
- Holt Lunsford Commercial (HLC) promoted Bryce Orr to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Orr managed HLH, the family office of Founder and Executive Chairman Holt Lunsford. He also served as Senior Vice President over leasing operations, overseeing the coordination and administration of strategic initiatives for leasing operations across all divisions and offices.
- Hillwood announced that Ryan Baumgartner has been named Senior Vice President and Market Leader for Houston. In this role, Baumgartner will lead Hillwood’s local operations, advancing the company’s development pipeline and reinforcing its long-standing commitment to one of the nation’s most resilient industrial markets. Baumgartner will oversee land acquisitions, leasing, marketing and business development efforts across Houston and surrounding areas.
- Colliers acquired Greystone Sales Group, LLC (“GREA Dallas”). GREA Dallas is a multifamily investment sales firm in Texas. The firm’s 25 professionals serve private and institutional investors nationwide.
- Greystone provided a $19.7 million Fannie Mae DUS® loan to refinance Legacy on Rockhill, a newly constructed 128-unit build-to-rent community in McKinney, Texas. The transaction was originated by John Sloot, Managing Director at Greystone. Built in 2023 and situated on a 13.21-acre site, Legacy on Rockhill consists of one-, two-, and three-bedroom single-family and duplex rental homes with private backyards. The community was 93.75% leased as of July 2025.
