&Partners Wins Teams From LPL Financial, Raymond James

&Partners, a St. Louis-based hybrid broker/dealer launched by David Kowach, the former president and CEO of Wells Fargo Advisors, has added two advisor teams in the last two weeks.

The Kerrigan Group, a team with about $250 million in pre-transition assets under management, joins from LPL Financial.

The Valdosta, Ga.-based practice serves businesses and families across the Southeast, and is led by founder and partner Dan Kerrigan. He’s joined by advisors Shannon Burnett-Fernandez and Kaleb Cowart, Client Relationship Manager Elizabeth Green, and Client Relationship Specialists Lauren Vickers and Keeli Wells.

Separately, Forge Point Advisors, an Oil City, Pa.-based team with $600 million pre-transition AUM, also joined &Partners last week from Raymond James & Associates, the firm’s employee channel.

Forge Point is led by David Gunter and Steve Uzonyi, partners and managing directors. They’re joined by advisor Alex Gunter, Office Manager and Senior Client Service Associate Lori Burchfield and Senior Client Service Associate Eileen Douglas.

The hybrid broker/dealer had $38 billion in client assets across over 90 advisor teams, as of Aug. 31, 2025.

This follows news in August that &Partners recruited Zambriski-Polson Wealth Advisors and Craiger Wealth Management from Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network and Edward Jones, respectively.

In recent months, Kowach has had much success luring advisors from his former firm, Wells Fargo Advisors, including Four Corners Wealth, a Russellville, Ark., team with a pre-transition AUM of $769 million, and Tuckaway Capital, a Richmond, Va., team.

Kowach and co-founders Kristi Mitchem and John Alexander have aggressive growth plans for the next three years, with a target of 150 teams, $120 billion in assets and $800 million in revenue.
