Thank you, operator. Good afternoon, everyone. Welcome to OPENLANE’s first quarter 2025 earnings call. With me today are Peter Kelly, CEO of OPENLANE’s; and Ryan Miller, OPENLANE’s Vice President of Finance for the Marketplace business.
