The Property sits adjacent to a brand new Costco, and a dominant power center, Grand at Aliana, anchored by Target and HEB.
- Whitestone REIT acquired the 31,832-square-foot, restaurant-anchored San Clemente at Davenport retail center in Austin, Texas, just minutes from the Apple and Tesla campuses. The San Clemente acquisition complements Whitestone’s existing Davenport Village retail center at the same intersection along Loop 360. It marks the fifth neighborhood shopping center in Whitestone’s portfolio located in Texas’s capital city.
- Carl DeLuca has joined Houston-based Transwestern Development Group as Managing Partner of its National Logistics Group. In this role, Deluca will guide the strategic direction of TDC’s industrial development platform, overseeing an expansive pipeline and managing regional teams across key U.S. logistics markets.
