  • Stream Realty Partners has added K.C. Tenukas as Executive Vice President in its Tampa office. Tenukas brings nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience to Stream, with a strong focus on office tenant representation. Before joining Stream, Tenukas served as Senior Vice President at CBRE for over six years. Throughout his career, he has completed more than 13 million square feet of lease transactions, including some of the Tampa Bay region’s most prominent office projects.
  • Sterling Organization has engaged Cushman & Wakefield to sell the 563,000-square-foot Pompano Citi Centre in Pompano Beach, Broward County, Florida. The 83%-leased Pompano Citi Centre features a diverse anchor lineup that includes Burlington, Nordstrom Rack, Ross Dress for Less, TJ Maxx, JC Penney and Amped Fitness. The property is situated on 34 acres at the intersection of Copans Road and Federal Highway. 
  • JLL Capital Markets has arranged the sale of Grand Bay Plaza, a 77,810-square-foot shopping center located in Fort Meyers. Publix anchors the center, which was fully leased at the time of sale. Additional retailers include Sherwin-Williams, The UPS Store and Papa Johns Pizza. Danny Finkle, Jorge Portela and Kim Flores of JLL’s Investment and Sales Advisory team represented the seller, a Miami-based joint venture between Lombardi Properties and Fox Farm Capital.
  • Amara Wynwood received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) from the City of Miami welcoming residents into its 210 luxury apartment homes. Developed in partnership between PGIM Real Estate and Fifield Companies it is located at 45 NE 27th St. The 8-story venture offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences ranging from 467 to 1,206 square feet. 11,604 square feet of ground-floor retail will evolve as a community hub. The building’s 27,486 square feet of amenities include a pool deck, a wellness suite, including a red-light therapy room, sauna and cold plunge.
  • Related Ross owner Stephen M. Ross named former Florida Power & Light CEO Eric Silagy as vice chairman. He will chart the course for the dozens of properties Related Ross oversees in S. Florida. Silagy was at power company FPL for two decades and helped it build energy infrastructure and solar plants across the state
