Bitfarms Ltd. (Nasdaq/TSX: BITF), a global energy and compute infrastructure company, has announced a strategic partnership with T5 Data Centers to advance high-performance computing (HPC) and artificial intelligence (AI) development at its Panther Creek campus in Pennsylvania. This collaboration aims to fortify Pennsylvania’s position as a burgeoning hub for next-generation data center development.
Strategic Partnership for AI and HPC
T5 Data Centers, renowned for its expertise in data center design and operations, will provide comprehensive pre-construction design planning and development approval processes. The partnership is set to leverage T5’s extensive experience in construction services to ensure the new facility meets the rigorous demands of HPC and AI applications.
Bitfarms CEO Ben Gagnon expressed excitement over the collaboration, highlighting T5’s industry prowess and underscoring the significant HPC/AI opportunities at Panther Creek. The initiative aligns with recent federal commitments, such as the White House’s $90 billion investment in AI, positioning Bitfarms to capitalize on these developments.
