California People and Company News, Week of June 13, 2025


  • Parkview Financial, an alternative investments firm specializing in commercial real estate credit, appointed real estate and investment industry veteran Charlie O’Connell as CFO. He joins Parkview from DJM Capital Partners, where he was also CFO. 
  • Foundation Specialty Finance has appointed Cliff Carnes as chief operating and production officer. He will oversee finance & accounting, human resources and debt origination as the company scales its national platform. Previously, he served as chief production officer at Walker & Dunlop, overseeing capital markets in the western U.S. Before that, he was COO and then president at Johnson Capital and negotiated its acquisition by Walker & Dunlop.  
  • Logos Faith Development, a mission-driven real estate development firm specializing in transforming underutilized church land into community-centered affordable housing, appointed Ryan Lehman as senior director of development. He joins from American Family Housing, an Orange County-based developer specializing in supportive housing, where he most recently served as a senior director of real estate development. 
  • Douglas B. Hansen has been appointed as chair of the board of Four Corners Property Trust, succeeding John S. Moody. Hansen joined the board in November 2015 at the company’s inception and currently serves as the chair of the compensation committee and as a member of the Investment Committee, which he previously chaired for four years. 
  • Steven Reynolds has joined Original Survey Solutions as VP of civil engineering, bringing with him nearly two decades of experience. He’s based in the firm’s San Francisco Bay Area office in Dublin. 
  • Yardi has launched Aspire Platinum, the newest and most advanced tier of its Yardi Aspire learning management system. The Santa Barabra-based company said it’s designed for property management companies that need advanced tools to scale training, improve engagement and stay ahead of change. 
  • King Street Properties, a leading life sciences real estate developer with over 20 years of experience, has hired Tanner Larson as Director in Burlingame, CA. In this role, he will work closely with the West Region Market Lead and other senior leaders to support all aspects of the West Region business, including asset management, financial analysis, leasing, and acquisitions. Tanner previously spent over 7 years in Investments and Leasing at Kilroy Realty. Executive search firm RETS Associates led the search.
