  • CBRE announced that veteran retail and industrial investment broker Dennis Zhang is returning to the firm. He will serve as an SVP, bringing his experience in investment sales, leasing and user sales to the company’s Inland Empire office. Most recently, Zhang served as a principal and SVP at Lee & Associates in Ontario. 
  • Gabriyel Mamikonyan and Harry Keshishian have joined the Century City office of Kidder Mathews. The team joins forces with Executive Vice President and Managing Director Darrell Levonian, specializing in real estate solutions for investment property owners in Southern California and Greater Los Angeles.  
  • JLL’s Value and Risk Advisory platform announced that Michael Wada has joined as an executive director based in Irvine. Wada will lead multi-housing efforts in California and will be a member of JLL’s multi-housing valuation group. 
  • Green Street, a provider of commercial real estate (CRE) and infrastructure intelligence, predictive analytics and sector insights, is celebrating its 40th anniversary as it continues to accelerate global growth. Newport Beach-based Green Street’s integrated platform serves more than 4,000 companies across North America, Europe, Australia and Asia. 
  • ExchangeRight, a leading provider of diversified real estate DST and REIT investments, has fully subscribed Net-Leased All-Cash 12 DST. The $41.4 million portfolio of net-leased real estate is tenanted by St. Luke’s Health Network, Sherwin-Williams, Tractor Supply, and Dollar Tree, with an initial weighted-average lease term of 14.2 years. The portfolio’s properties span 111,781 square feet across Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. 
  • To speed up permit turnaround times and give applicants full transparency into the permitting process, the City of Long Beach has chosen Clariti Enterprise to replace its existing platform. The new Enterprise Land Management (ELM) System will be implemented by Speridian Technologies and used by approximately 500 internal users across multiple city departments.
