JLL has appointed of Robert Koshgarian as National Director of Sports and Entertainment within the Project and Development Services. As the national lead, Koshgarian will spearhead a diverse array of projects, including professional sports venues, collegiate assets, youth and developmental program spaces.

Baird & Warner has launched its new in-house Image Services division, which will deliver high-impact visual marketing solutions for the firm’s agents and clients. The new division will be led by Shannon Lange, former area sales and account manager for VHT Studios and Matterport, where she worked with the region’s largest brokerages. Working alongside Lange in key management roles will be two highly respected VHT/Matterport veterans, Michael Johnson and George Tsakanias.

Clune Construction announced its growing partnership with Generis Collective in support of Tecovas’ nationwide retail rollout. There are six Tecovas stores currently under construction or recently completed, including a flagship location in New York’s SoHo neighborhood. Construction has also begun in locations spanning Cleveland, New York City, Knoxville, Minneapolis, and Chicago. 

Regency Properties has promoted Jessica Wildeman to Vice President of Lease Administration. In her expanded role, Wildeman will continue to lead the Lease Administration department while taking on broader responsibilities in budgeting and forecasting across leasing, lease administration, and property management. Her efforts will focus on aligning operational strategies with financial targets and driving stronger Net Operating Income performance across the Regency Core Assets portfolio.

Farbman Group has added five new team members to its family of organizations. Jeff Katzen, Cameron Simpson and Aiden Bracken join Farbman Group, Lucas Raspbury joins Apex Mechanical Solutions, and Brett Katzen joins Huntington Construction.

Colliers has expanded its brokerage services, with a new office in Louisville, Kentucky. Shannon Huffer, a Colliers Vice President since 2023, and newly appointed Associate Vice President Nancy Dupps, CCIM, SIOR, will initiate Colliers’ operations in Louisville. Huffer is a licensed attorney and commercial real estate broker, who specializes in multifamily and affordable housing.
