Lee & Associates announced that Colin Sons has joined the brokerage group as an associate. He will provide a full spectrum of industrial brokerage services, including tenant and landlord representation, buyer and seller advisory, and sale-leaseback transactions. Sons will work in conjunction with industry veteran and Lee & Associates principal Mike Plumb and will focus on the North and Central DuPage County submarkets.

Essex Capital Markets has promoted the team of Quinn Keenan and Asher Motew to directors. The two will continue to work alongside the company’s Managing Director, Elliott Quigley, who has more than 40 years of experience in the financial services industry. The pair will continue to specialize in providing financing solutions for mid-market multifamily investors.

JCJ Architecture has promoted Matthew Horn, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, as Managing Director of JCJ’s Western Region. In this role, Horn will oversee operations across JCJ’s regional offices in Tulsa, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and San Diego. His appointment follows the transition of Barry Goldstein, AIA, who leaves the position to take on the role of Chief Operating Officer of the firm.

Greenstone Partners has added three new team members and promoted two professionals as the firm continues to grow its platform in investment sales.

  • Arjav “AJ” Patel has been promoted to Director. In his new role, he will continue to contribute to the firm’s retail efforts.
  • Connor Sheedy, who joined through the 2024 Summer Internship Program, has been promoted to junior broker analyst. He currently works alongside Partner Brewster Hague, supporting retail and mixed-use transactions in the Chicago urban market.
  • Alexander Tychalski joins Greenstone Partners as a junior broker analyst. He will support the firm’s growing multifamily platform, working with Senior Director Jordan Multack and Director Jacob Goldstein.
  • Augie Stilp and Charlie Vietzen advance at the firm into full-time investment sales analysts following their completion of Greenstone’s 2024 Summer Internship Program. Stilp brings a solid foundation in financial analysis and will support the team across a range of transactions, and Vietzen will contribute to the firm’s growing deal pipeline and market research efforts.
