St. Luke’s Health Corp. has selected Cushman & Wakefield to lead marketing efforts to sell its Des Peres Hospital Campus in St. Louis County. Cushman & Wakefield’s Tripp Hardin, SIOR, Mike Hanrahan and Jack Gentile are representing the regional hospital system in the disposition of the hospital campus. The 47.4-acre site includes a 228,889-square-foot, 142-bed hospital.
Indiana-based Regency Properties has promoted Jessica Wildeman to Vice President of Lease Administration. In her expanded role, Wildeman will continue to lead the Lease Administration department while taking on broader responsibilities in budgeting and forecasting across leasing, lease administration, and property management.
Waterton announced that after more than 40 years in real estate investment and 12 years at Waterton, Rick Hurd will retire from his role as managing partner and investment manager. Industry veteran John W. Gray has been hired to succeed Hurd as Managing Partner, Chief Investment Officer. Gray, with nearly two decades of multi-family investment and development experience, most recently served as CEO of Blackstone’s portfolio company, Fabric Housing, which he launched in 2022.
Ambrose, a real estate investment manager based in Indianapolis, has promoted several team members.
- Grant Goldman has been promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer. In this new role, Goldman will continue to provide leadership and maintain ultimate responsibility for development operations, asset management, legal, marketing, talent, and culture.
- Stephen Lindley has been promoted to senior vice president, investments. Lindley will lead deployment and leasing efforts across all Ambrose speculative markets, including the Midwest, Mountain States and Florida.
- Cody Garrison has been promoted to vice president of development operations. He will lead the planning and execution of Ambrose’s national build-to-suit operations.
- Katie Wilkins has been promoted to vice president, marketing and communications. Wilkins will continue to provide strategic leadership across brand development, thought leadership and other firmwide initiatives, supporting Ambrose’s growth and market presence.
- Eric Seamands has been promoted to director of development. Seamands will oversee the planning and execution of new developments within Ambrose’s speculative markets, including team management and mentoring.
- Eric Blount has been promoted to senior development manager. In this new role, Blount will oversee the planning and execution of speculative developments in the Southeast region and projects in various geographies within Ambrose’s national build-to-suit operations.
- Clay Smith has been promoted to senior development manager. Smith will work within Ambrose’s national build-to-suit team, where he will continue to lead complex projects for various tenant clients and contribute to the team’s success.
- Noah Smith has been promoted to Senior Capital Markets Associate. Smith will continue contributing to Ambrose’s capital markets team by supporting financial analysis, underwriting, investor relations and other initiatives.
Draper and Kramer announced the passing of longtime company executive and board member Frederick C. Ford, age 98. Ford, widely considered a prominent local leader in business and real estate, spent most of his career at Draper and Kramer, eventually serving as the firm’s chief financial officer as well as sitting on its board of directors for more than 40 years. Ford played a central role in many of the firm’s most notable projects, including the transformative Lake Meadows and Prairie Shores developments in Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood.
Sun Communities, a Michigan-based REIT, announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Charles D. Young as Chief Executive Officer. Young, who will also join the Company’s Board of Directors, succeeds Gary A. Shiffman, who is retiring from the role of CEO after 40 years leading Sun. Young has over 25 years of leadership experience, previously serving as Chief Operating Officer of Invitation Homes, as well as in senior roles at Starwood Waypoint Homes and Mesa Development.
