A recent report by Avison Young indicates that the Chicago MSA recorded nearly 39,000 industrial job postings, a 20% increase compared to Q4 2024. This surge reflects the growing demand across key sectors and signals strong employer confidence within the market. “Among the industrial sectors, wholesale trade job postings experienced the most notable growth, with postings rising 29% from the prior quarter,” said Kathleen Cavanaugh, Market Intelligence Analyst, Central Region Industrial.
