JLL’s Katy Redmond, Senior Managing Director, Leasing Advisory, has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of CoreNet Global, the leading global association for the corporate real estate profession. Walker & Dunlop has brought on two Minneapolis-based former Greystone originators to grow its private client platform, including Wilson Molitor as Director, Small Balance Group, and Kyle Jemtrud as Managing Director, Small Balance Group. Molitor will be responsible for originating new loans for small balance and conventional multifamily properties nationwide.
