Ryan Companies US, Inc. announced new leadership for the company’s North region encompassing Minnesota, the Dakotas, and the northeastern United States. Maureen Michalski and Jason Gabrick have been promoted to jointly lead the region, marking the first time in company history that this region will be co-led. This leadership transition follows Tony Barranco’s advancement to Northern Division President after serving as North Region President since 2021.

All Pro Capital opened its new Kansas City private equity real estate investments office and appointed Matt Jennings as Market Executive. With more than 27 years of business development and sales experience in healthcare and insurance, he will lead efforts to grow All Pro Capital’s investor base in the region and forge key partnerships within the real estate and development communities.

Founders Properties, a private real estate investment management firm, has promoted three key team members. Mitch Hugdahl has been promoted to Vice President of Real Estate Investments, Nick Stilwell to Vice President of Finance, and Ben Yarbrough to Senior Asset Manager.

Terra Consulting Group, an Illinois-based engineering firm specializing in wireless and infrastructure design services, is now part of Colliers Engineering & Design, a privately held company headquartered in New Jersey.

White Lodging, a privately owned industry leader in urban and lifestyle hospitality development and management, announced that Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer Chris Anderson has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Anderson will lead the revenue and operational strategies across the company’s hotel and restaurant portfolio.

The Missner Group, a Chicago-based real estate development, construction, and property management company, is celebrating its 80th anniversary this year. Since its inception in 1945, the company has been dedicated to delivering high-quality projects and assets across the Chicagoland area and beyond.

Savills has appointed James Otto as vice chairman and head of life sciences for the Chicago region. Otto joins the tenant advisory team led by Chairman of North American Brokerage Joe Learner and Chicago region President Robert Sevim. Prior to his role with Savills, Otto served as Executive Vice President at CBRE, where he spent more than two decades in real estate advisory and transaction services.
