Indivisible Partners, the registered investment advisor led by former Merrill Lynch wealth head John Thiel, has added Ride Wealth Partners, a team of advisors in Golden, Colo., to its platform.
Ride Wealth is led by founder and President Kevin McCulley, who spent eight years with Private Capital Management, an RIA subsidiary of SouthState Bank. McCulley and his team join Indivisible for its AI-enabled tech and broader suite of services, including trust strategies and lending solutions.
“Having spent over 17 years developing and fostering long-lasting client relationships, I was looking for a partner that truly prioritizes my clients’ well-being and financial security over short-term profits, which I found in Indivisible Partners,” McCulley said in a statement. “Every decision they make is intentional and proactive—from the offering to their innovative technology, to how they operate. This firm has been thoughtfully designed by industry veterans who understand what it takes to deliver meaningful value and trusted guidance at every stage.”
Indivisible’s first recruiting effort, announced in January, was New York-based Woodring I LeRoy Capital Advisors, led by former Merrill Lynch advisors.
Thiel, who previously spent 27 years at Merrill Lynch, including five years as head of the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management business from 2011 to 2016, launched the RIA earlier this year.
Thiel has described his RIA as an accelerator for top advisors looking to grow their business. Advisors who join can access family office services, a technology platform with curated options, and operational support. They own 100% of their practice and can also own equity in Indivisible.
