  • Greystone appointed Richard L. Dugoff as head of its Bridge Lending platform and Portfolio Manager for the Greystone Senior Debt Fund. Based in New York, Dugoff brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having previously served as Managing Director and Fund Manager of an open-ended core plus real estate debt fund, jointly sponsored by Nuveen Real Estate and PCCP.  
  • Global consulting company J.S. Held has added Bill Fasel to a team of more than 1,500 financial, technical, scientific and strategic experts. His areas of expertise include improving operational and financial performance, identifying strategic alternatives, assessing and enhancing short-term liquidity, and creating and analyzing turnaround plans. Fasel serves companies, debtors, lenders, unsecured creditors, private equity  
  • Electra USA, a leading electromechanical contracting company, appointed Sharon Novak as its new president and CEO. Sharon brings over two decades of industry experience and expertise and has led numerous complex, large-scale infrastructure, transportation, and energy transactions, particularly in the P3/project finance space. 
  • EP Engineering, a leading engineering services firm, has provided full engineering services for multiple Vuori locations around the country. The popular performance clothing store has expanded to most major cities across the United States and brought in EP Engineering’s team for the new store openings in New York, Connecticut, and five additional locations. EP Engineering was involved throughout each step of the project process at every location, from preleasing to the end of construction.  
  • Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP added Adam L. Browser to the firm’s Construction practice group as a partner.  Before joining FDT, Mr. Browser was Of Counsel to a Uniondale-based law firm, where he gained experience in complex commercial litigation matters spanning a variety of industries.

Held at The Plaza Hotel, the gala included a live and silent auction, which helped to raise more than $1 million for the communities.  James G. Phillips, AIA, Founder and Managing Executive of TPG Architecture, and Joseph P. Romano, Chief Executive Officer of JRM Construction Management were co-recipients of the 2025 Mary Lenox Sheafe Award.  Additionally, former JLHA board member Barbara Samuelson received the Lifetime Service Award.
