  • CFO Robert (“Bob”) R. Foley has decided to retire from TPG Real Estate Finance Trust at the end of the year. He will become a senior advisor to TPG’s real estate credit business and transition his day-to-day duties to Brandon Fox, TRTX’s chief accounting officer, who will assume the role of interim CFO effective Oct. 1. 
  • SitusAMC, a provider of strategic outsourcing, advisory, talent, and technology solutions to the real estate finance industry, appointed Amrit Gill as Director of Platform Management & Client Relations within the firm’s Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Talent Solutions division. She will be responsible for guiding and enhancing the client experience across SitusAMC’s Talent Platforms, building long-term strategies that support client growth. 
  • The Davis Companies has expanded its real estate investment management operation with the appointment of Alexander K. Zabik as Managing Director and Head of Credit Investments, based in New York. Most recently a Principal and Portfolio Manager of Credit at Pennybacker Capital, Zabik will leverage his deep experience in commercial real estate capital markets to nurture, grow and drive all credit investments for the Davis platform. 
  • LCOR, a real estate investment, development, and management firm, announced the retirement of David A. Sigman, EVP and Principal, effective at the end of this year. Sigman, who joined LCOR in 1994, will continue to serve as an advisor to the company beginning in 2026. With Sigman’s transition, LCOR has promoted Harmar Thompson and Anthony Tortora to serve as Co-CIOs. 
  • Simone Development Companies, a full-service real estate investment company specializing in the acquisition and development of healthcare, mixed-use, office, industrial, retail and residential properties, was recently honored by the Center for Educational Innovation (CEI) at the annual gala at the Plaza Hotel in Manhattan. Joe Simone, president of Simone Development Companies, accepted the award on behalf of the organization for the company’s ongoing efforts to expand access to education and create opportunities for students in the Bronx. 
  • Technology platform VTS has launched its new artificial intelligence offering, VTS AI. The initial rollout introduces three breakthrough capabilities: Proposal AI, VTS Analyst and Work Order AI. 
  • Timberlane Partners, a Seattle-based real estate investment, development and asset management company with a focus on multifamily real estate, is seeking a Director of Investor Relations.  This position can be based in Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York.  The Director will be a key contributor in both capital formation and investor servicing, while also shaping and executing marketing initiatives.  The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in IR,  client services or sales/marketing operations in private equity, real estate investment or alternative asset management.  Executive search firm RETS Associates is handling the search.
