Three financial advisors are moving within the Kestra Financial ecosystem to launch a new practice with Bluespring Wealth Partners, the registered investment advisor acquisition arm of Kestra.
Advisors Brandon Hayes, Eric Pucciarelli and Cristina Briboneria have departed oXYGen Financial, a firm affiliated with Kestra Financial, to start ClariVise Private Wealth in Alpharetta, Ga. on the Bluespring platform.
In 2019, Bluespring acquired a stake in Believeland, one of the independently owned financial planning and wealth management entities operating under oXYGen Financial. At that time, Believeland was run by Hayes and Ted Jenkin. That firm became the Atlanta-based hub of Bluespring, and in 2022, the firm acquired the businesses of Briboneria and Pucciarelli. (Jenkin left in 2024 to join Exit Wealth Advisors.)
The ClariVise team, which includes 18 staff members, will continue to operate on Kestra’s broker/dealer and RIA platforms.
“Our mission is to help wealth management firms and professionals realize their full potential,” said Pradeep Jayaraman, president of Bluespring Wealth Partners, in a statement. “And in this case, that meant supporting the ClariVise team’s entrepreneurial spirit as they created a new brand while also keeping continuity in place for their clients.”
The move comes as Bluespring oversees an RIA network that has been growing since its launch in 2019, when it entered the market as a solution for RIAs needing succession planning solutions. In March, Bluespring brought on Charter Capital Management, a Brookfield, Wis.-based RIA, with $400 million in assets under management; in February, it announced the acquisition of Louisville, Ky.-based Reliant Wealth Planning, with $560 million in AUM.
In April, the firm hired Graeme Lee, a former senior vice president and business line owner for LPL’s Strategic Wealth Services, as head of strategic growth. Lee will focus on leading the aggregator’s RIA network regarding organic growth, the advisor experience and the integration of advisory-adjacent services within Kestra’s universe of companies, which range from insurance to health to asset management.
